If you travel to areas where infectious diseases occur which normally do not or hardly appear in western Europe you might be at medical risk. Often medical assistance is also less accessible than we are used to. That is why there is a vaccination advice for various countries outside Europe.
At General practitioners ZorgRotonde we can give you advice and vaccination for the most common infections. To do this we ask you to fill in and provide us with this travelers vaccination form at least 5 weeks before departure. This form is ment for people who are planning to travel to areas where a vaccination advice applies. To make use of the form you do not have to be registered at our practice. After receiving the form we will contact you within five working days to let you know if we can be of assistance.

BE AWARE: In most cases these vaccinations are not covered by the health insurance. The costs for the vaccinations can be calculated on the website Medicijnkosten.
